abstract pencil drawing of words by artist Lori Markman
Perfect-Failure
Pencil on paper
14 inches x 14 inches
2003

This original drawing was the third drawing in my still on-going pencil drawing series. It is a continuation of my theme of perfectionism. I really like the shadow shapes behind the words and how the words come out of or fade back into the drawing. This drawing is pencil on white paper. The drawing is signed and dated.

As usual, the camera does not pick up the detail, the fine lines, the layer upon layer of tone and line work on this drawing. This drawing took about 40 to complete.

The drawing is unframed and should be framed and matted to protect it.

The price of this drawing includes all domestic within the US shipping and handling. International shipping is extra and will be paid for by the buyer at a price arranged by the artist and the buyer.
